Once again Tom Z in the service department delivers. Tom offered up some performance improvement ideas for my bike. I jump over to the parts department, and Bruce(s) and Dan L are ready to help out. The parts show up blazing fast (within a day), and the service department installs the items the same day I drop off my bike. It never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable Zylstra employees are and how far they will go to treat their customers right.

Zylstra Harley-Davidson recently repaired my 2004 Fat Boy and I would highly recommend this Service Department to every Harley owner!!!! Anthony D. was the employee who wrote up the work order and Thomas V., performed the repairs, and I can’t say enough about these guy’s. Not only did they have my bike repaired in advance of what they promised, they were extremely professional. This was the first time I've used Zylstra, and they are the only ones I will ever let work on my bike. I have used other dealers in the northwest suburbs and needless to say I have been less then impressed with their customer skills. That and the fact that every time I used these other dealers, my bike wasn't completed on time, and the bill was ridiculous. I had gotten to the point of where I considering selling my bike due to the high cost of ownership. However, Zylstra restored my faith that owning a Harley doesn’t have to be expensive. You just need to find the right dealer, and I've found that right dealer in Zylstra. Zylstra will get all of my business, clothing, parts, and service, and when I buy another bike, it will be from Zylstra. Don S.

Jimmy M. was my salesman and he did an excellent job fitting me with the correct bike for my needs. He was very patient with all my Harley questions, as this is my 4th bike, but 1st Harley. If you are looking for a down to earth guy to work with, give Jimmy M. a call. From my first step into the store until I picked up my bike this Spring, Zylstra rang the bell. We even worked out a winter storage plan as I bought the bike last November and picked it up May 1st. My dealings with parts and service has been exceptional as well. Zylstra will be my dealer of choice both for convenience as well as for the great way they have treated me as a customer. You Guys Rock! I was looking for a Red Hot Sunglo Road King Classic and Zylstras was the closet dealership to Indiana that had one. I wanted to see it before buying since every color is different on every bike. I called John Snow and he was very helpful over the phone so I decided to make the 2 hour trip. When I arrived I was treated with the VIP treatment. The Bike turned out to be better then I thought. John and Jeff in sales were great to deal with. Dan in parts really hooked me up with some great accessories. The whole team took care of me and made the whole first new Harley buying experience a joy. I rang that bell with pride. I just wish they were my local dealership. I am glade I made the trip and am very happy with my decision to buy this HOG!

I am very impressed by the quality of employees in the service department. I would like to say that your service writer Tom Ziemer was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. My late model Sportster broke down on the way to be serviced, and Tom helped arrange for my bike to be towed in. He went over step by step the necessary items that needed to be serviced and kept me well informed of what was taking place. When I went to pick up my bike he listened to it, and "because it does't sound quite right", he had it taken in back for another very quick fix. That's quality. He's not alone, while walking around the store, I found many other employees equally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend anybody with a Harley or looking for a Harley to come to Zylstra.

Iwas looking on e-bay for a new to me bike and called Zylstra to inquire about the bikes they had on-line. We didn't work out a deal on the bikes they had but Nick,the finance manager,was able to put togather a finance package for the bike I bought from a private party. The entire deal went really smooth, I never visited the sho all done by phone and mail the whole thing took less than a week. Nick went out of his way to help me out on a bike that he didn't even sell. That is really going the extra mile to help a biker get back in the saddle. Thanks again Nick it was great woking with you.
