My experience at Zylstra was excellent. I woke up one morinig and decided I wanted a Harley. Drove down to Zylstra to look around and was greeted by Nick Crear. He showed me around and I ended up buying and new Harley. The great part about it is that they didn't push me out the door like most dealerships, during my purchase I was introduced to employees from every department and they talked about different things. Then I got to ring the BELL, which was a good feeling. The next day the sale associate Nick Crear followed up with a call to make sure I was happy, which I am.

My wife and I had gone to other dealerships and ended up at Zylstra's. It was toldly different then any of the other Harley stores. More selections and the employees just made you feel at home. Tom in sales, directed up to what we were looking for. He let us look over different bikes and when we were ready Tom was ready to see what he could do to make it happen. All of the Zylstra employees make you feel welcome and at home from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. They are never to busy to say hi and see how everthing is going. We just purchased our first HOG, an Electra Glide Classic and couldn't have had a more positve experience. From the moment we walked in until the moment we rode off, everything was smooth and easy. We will definately be recommending Zylstra to our friends, and will become frequent visitors.

I just wanted to tell you how exceptional your staff is at Zylstra HD in St. Charles, Illinois is. I have been riding for more than 30 years and have owned dozens of bikes of all kinds. In January I rented a Street Glide for a charity ride in Florida. Upon my return home I contacted your store and spoke to Nick and let him know I was looking for a used Street Glide. Nick followed-up with calls consistently and let me know in May he had a used ’08. Unfortunately I was out of town and missed it. Due to Nick’s incredible follow-up and salesmanship he negotiated the trade of my Bourget Chopper and I came in and bought a new ’08 Street Glide with all of the toys I wanted. Nick personally walked my through all of the many upgrades I could do to the bike and even followed me home with a car load of parts. Dan in parts is the BEST! His knowledge of what is possible with any Harley is incredible. He makes it easy to customize any bike and is far better than buying aftermarket online or EBAY. Dan in service has been a pleasure to work with on all of the many changes I am making to my bike. I actually was on my way to s.elgin to purchase a 08 yamaha venture because i was having trouble trading in my 04 honda vtx and getting the right trade in amount. I was driving by and thought this will be the last chance i give harley davidson! Boy am i glad i pulled in there i left with a custom painted 02 road classic chromed out and I LOVE IT ! Crystal was the most helpfull sales associate and the finance mgr did what ever it took to get me on that bike. I will send everyone i know that's looking for a bike to zylstra! thanks! TIM T. We visited Zylstra on a Saturday morning in March and spent 3 hours talking with sales manager Jake Smith about the Ultra Classic, Harley Davidson, Arizona, and motorcycling in general. We liked Jakes's personable and patient manner in answering all of our questions about the motorcyle, financing, insurance, Zylstra, and service and warranty options. After he offered what we considered a fair deal on our trade-in, we saw no reason to go elsewhere, and we sealed the deal. Jake continues to look out for us whenever we pop in. As does E. J., who introduced us to the operation of the motorcycle and makes it a point to talk with us and ask how things are going every time we visit Zylstra. Thanks also to Crystal for her help. I JUST WENT IN TO PURCHASE A GIFT FOR A FRIEND AND I GOT THE BEST SERVICE EVER! AND I SHOP ALOT EVERYWHERE! I COULDNT EVEN GET THIS SERVICE SHOPPING AT ARMANI!ANYWAYS, I DONT RIDE BUT AFTER SHOPPING HERE I WOULD LOVE TO RIDE AND MAYBE EVEN LEARN TO RIDE. Won the bid on ebay for a springer softtail. Drove 6 hours to get the bike. the sale people and staff where the best sale people i have been around. I would like to thank jake and EJ for the help on getting the bike. When i get a new bike ill be back there even if its a 6 hour drive.
